Nigeria continued their dominance over Ghana in the women’s 4x100m relay final by clinching gold at the 23rd African Seniors Championships in Cameroon.
The Nigerians were too much for the Ghanaian quartet of Hor Halutie, Mary Boakye, Deborah Acheampong, and Anita Afrifa on the day.
The Ghanaians similarly lost to Nigeria at the 2023 African Games hosted by Ghana. Ghana is still chasing Olympic qualification.
