In-form sprinter Joseph Paul Amoah has been named among a four-member team to participate in the 2022 Africa Athletics Championship in Mauritius from June 8 – 12, at the Côte d’Or National Sports Complex.
According to the Ghana Athletics Association, the below athletes will represent the country at the championships.
Joseph Paul Amoah – 200m
Sean Safo Antwi – 100m
Duncan Agyemang – 400m
Rose Yeboah – High Jump
Also, sprint legend and former 100m national record holder, Leonard Myls-Mills, has been named as the coach for the championships. Leo last led Team Ghana at the 2019 World Championships.
